Trial signup details. When you start a free trial we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, team size, current phone provider, CRM and country. We use them to set up your account and to prioritise what we build (for example, which CRM integrations and countries to ship first).
Analytics. We use PostHog (EU-hosted) to understand which pages are useful: pageviews, referrers and events like "trial started". We don't use advertising trackers and we don't sell or share data with data brokers.
Trial signup data is stored with our account and email providers; analytics data is stored in the EU with PostHog. Access is limited to the people who run wlur.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to export or delete everything we hold about you: email hello@wlur.com and we'll confirm within 30 days, usually much faster.
For account and trial emails, consent (you signed up, and can withdraw it). For analytics, legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, with EU hosting and no cross-site tracking.
The site works without marketing cookies. Analytics uses a first-party identifier scoped to this site only.
